Join the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust for a unique opportunity to connect with nature!

🌻The Mindful Walks series invites people to learn about the emotional and social benefits of nature through guided mindfulness techniques that use nature as a healing space. We'll meet in Saddle Rock to learn about breathing exercises and engage in Nature Journaling. 

🌹Come learn about nature and the positive impact it can have on our overall well-being. Participants will learn ways to use nature to manage stress, increase empathy and focus, emotional resilience, and more.

🌼This event is FREE and open to the public. All participants will receive a nature journal and mindfulness cards. Those 13 and older are welcome with an adult. Registration is recommended, as there is a limit of 15 people per session. Register below.

Accessibility: The Land Trust is working to make all of our events as accessible as possible. Please let us know at least one week in advance if there is anything we can do or provide to help you fully participate in this excursion, and we will accommodate as much as possible.
