Sage Hills Trails to close for winter Dec. 1

WENATCHEE — The Sage Hills Trail system through much of the Wenatchee foothills will close for the season Dec. 1, the Chelan County PUD announced Friday.

The annual closure affects all lands owned by the PUD and Chelan-Douglas Land Trust, from No. 1 Canyon, at the west end of Fifth Street, north to Horse Lake Road, including Horse Lake Reserve. The lands usually reopen April 1.
