Sage Hills Trail Maintenance

9:00 am - noon

Event is full! Thank you for your interest. Please check out one of our other upcoming volunteer events.

Join us at one of two locations for annual spring maintenance of the lower Sage Hills trail. This work will be light to moderate and involve hiking 2-3 miles and using hand tools such as hoes and McLeods along the way. In order to accommodate more people, and to get more work done, we will be splitting the volunteers between two different meeting locations. If you sign up below, make sure you choose either the Sage Hills Drive access point (meeting at 5th St and N Surry St) or the Maiden Lane access point to indicate where you will meet us. Sage Hills Access point is full! Maiden Lane still has a few spots!

Due to COVID-19 restrictions: Registration is required in order to not exceed our maximum group limit of 10 people. Volunteers and staff are also required to take their temperature prior to the work party and report that they are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms at the time of attendance. If you are not feeling well, have any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home. Before you sign up, we recommend you read our Outdoor Volunteer Event COVID Safety Protocol that was approved by the Chelan-Douglas Health District.

*All work parties are weather and conditions dependent. Canceled work parties will be rescheduled if possible.
