Make a Difference Day @ Saddlerock Natural Area

What: Mulching, Seeding, Trail maintenance

When: October 24th, 2026 from 9am to 1pm

Where: Saddlerock Trailhead

Join us in celebrating Make a Difference Day by giving back to the lands we all love! Together, we’ll continue our restoration efforts in the Wenatchee Foothills. 

Volunteers will help with: 

• planting native vegetation
• mulching and watering young plants
• maintaining trails to keep them safe and sustainable.

This year, much of our work will focus on the Saddle Rock Natural Area, where we are restoring decommissioned trails and supporting new trail construction. Lend a hand, meet fellow community members, and make a lasting difference for our trails, wildlife, and open spaces. 

CDLT will provide: Tools, equipment, and PPE.(Personal Protective Equipment)  PLUS FREE FOOD! 

Accessibility: 

The Land Trust is working to make all of our events as accessible as possible. Please let us know at least one week in advance if there is something we can do or provide to support you in participating in this outing to the fullest, and we will accommodate as possible.
