Additional Info:
We will meet at our Lower Sleepy Hollow property, located at 1229 Lower Sunnyslope Rd, Wenatchee, WA 98801. Upon turning into the driveway from Lower Sunnyslope Road, stay to the right and continue down the gravel driveway that parallels the road. We will use shovels and hand augers to prepare planting holes and install native plants. If mulch is available, we will use wheelbarrows and rakes to spread it throughout the site. A restroom is located near the work area for participant use. The work site is mostly flat, though some areas have gentle slopes. This project involves light to moderately strenuous physical activity. Volunteers of all experience levels are welcome!
Carpooling is encouraged. If you are unable to stay for the duration of the event, please let me know so we can plan to park your vehicle in a convenient location to exit.
Please contact [email protected] for any questions, thank you!
