In our 25th anniversary year, the Land Trust wants to increase our membership to 1000, and to accomplish this, we need everyone’s help! The Land Trust thrives because of its members. Members provide the needed leverage to procure grants and show strong support for conservation in the community. But more than that, it’s members who dedicate volunteer time to build trails, plant trees, offer advice, teach classes, send out mailings, and support us with generous financial contributions. Membership creates community and preserves the way of life we all benefit from. Membership matters!
To help reach this goal, we are launching a membership campaign that will end at our Annual Celebration Dinner on October 22nd. Members recruiting their friends, neighbors and co-workers to join the Land Trust has consistently proven to be very effective at growing our membership. Starting April 9th, for every new member that you either recruit or buy a gift membership for, you will be entered in a drawing to win one of several great prizes. All new members will also be entered in the drawing.

Gift Membership - Looking for a perfect gift that will last all year?
Support the natural areas and trails you care about by giving your friends, family and business associates a gift membership to the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust. It’s simple, supports our work conserving our land, our water and our way of life, and keeps on giving all year long!
We will mail the gift recipient a personalized card and a welcome packet including our most recent newsletter. Throughout the year, members receive our newsletters as well as invitations to events and member-only outings. Volunteer
Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities
Support our work with a gift of your time or services. Volunteer opportunities are wide ranging, and include work days on protected properties, help with special events or outreach, or an hour or two stuffing envelopes.
