Land Trust Acquires Key Property in Foothills

WENATCHEE — A key piece of property has been added as part of a longterm plan to preserve open space along the Wenatchee foothills.

 

The Chelan-Douglas Land Trust and the Trust for Public Land announced Wednesday that they had secured permanent protection of The Clennon Property, 52 acres of undeveloped land in Broadview Canyon, just to the west of the Broadview addition, at the end Maiden Lane and the edge of the Wenatchee Foothills.
