CDLT website

Greetings!

Happy Spring! The season of blooming wildflowers, singing birds and pleasant hiking weather is here. Another sure sign of spring? The Wenatchee Foothills trails north of 5th Street opening up—next Thursday, April 1st.

We hope you'll check our website often for added events and volunteer opportunities as the public health situation allows. And, if you think you might want to volunteer, please fill out or update your volunteer interests form here.

Stay healthy, safe & well,

Kathy Peven

Wenatchee Foothills Trails

Mule deer are making their way to higher elevations, rebuilding their energy reserves after winter—which is especially critical for pregnant does!

Thank you for respecting the trails closure until April 1st - just a little while longer!

The Land Trust is thrilled to welcome Kate Galambos as our Data & GIS Manager. Kate's skills will enhance so many aspects of CDLT's work both internally and in our outreach to the community. When things open back up, stop by to meet Kate!

We bid a bittersweet farewell to our Associate Director Jessica Kendall, as she takes on an important position with the State of Oregon, assisting with their COVID-19 vaccine roll-out. We are grateful for all that she's brought to the Land Trust these past 3 years. She will be sorely missed, but we wish her all the best in her next challenge!
