Work at Nason Creek Alcove

Date
Time
9:00 am - 11:30 am

About Nason Creek - Every year, endangered Spring Chinook and threatened steelhead migrate up hundreds of miles of river, making their way to Nason Creek. Join Cascade Fisheries and Chelan-Douglas Land Trust for light to moderate work that includes a variety of tasks such as removing invasive plants, seed collecting, and brush clearing. Your work here will help us prepare for a fish habitat restoration project next year.

Everyone's safety is our top priority at these events. Please read CDLT's COVID Safety Protocol and do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell. Remember to bring a face mask to wear when you're around other people, work gloves, hand sanitizer, water, snacks, layers of clothing appropriate for the task & weather on site, close-toed shoes, and appropriate tools if you have them. The Land Trust will bring tools for volunteers to use.

Please RSVP with the form below so we can get an accurate headcount and provide you with details for the work party as the date approaches.

*All work parties are weather and conditions dependent. Canceled work parties will be rescheduled if possible.
