Weed Control at Cashmere Canyons Preserve

Cashmere Canyons trailhead needs your help! We will be hand pulling 6ft tall cereal rye, cheatgrass, and bulbous bluegrass, and cutting back sweet clover to help uncover the native plants hiding beneath them. Most work will be between the road and the parking area, and on the hillside just above the parking area. Snacks and gloves provided! All ages are welcome, do as much as you like for however long you like. Work will be light to moderate, involve bending and pulling, and standing on uneven ground.

Everyone's safety is our top priority at these events. Please read CDLT's COVID Safety Protocol and do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell.
