Love the Planet - Ama el Planeta

Looking for some ways to show love this February? 

Join the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust and Wenatchee Valley College Sustainability Committee for an engaging and educational event to learn about different ways that you can show love to the earth. 

We will have the following activities/stations: 

• Learn about recycling, composting, and trail etiquette. 
• Participate in the upcycled Valentine's card station to help you prepare for Valentine's Day in a sustainable way!
• PLUS! Visit all of the stations and get entered into a raffle for a chance to win some fun prizes. 

Take the bus, walk, or ride your bike to the event for an extra raffle ticket!

This event is FREE and open to the public. All ages are welcome. Registration is encouraged but not required. Please register below.

Accessibility: The Land Trust is working to make all of our events as accessible as possible. Please let us know at least one week in advance if there is something we can do or provide to support you in participating in this outing to the fullest, and we will accommodate as possible.

¿Buscas formas de demostrar amor este febrero? 

Únete al Chelan-Douglas Land Trust y al Comité de Sostenibilidad de Wenatchee Valley College en un evento educativo y atractivo para aprender sobre las diferentes formas en las que puedes demostrar amor a la tierra. 

Tendremos las siguientes actividades/estaciones:

• Aprende sobre reciclaje, compostaje y etiqueta para senderos. 
• Participa en las tarjetas de San Valentin recicladas para ayudarte a prepararte para el día de san Valentín de una manera sustentable!
• Visita todas las estaciones y participa en un sorteo para tener la oportunidad de ganar algunos premios divertidos!

Toma el autobus, camina o anda en bicicleta hasta el evento para obtener un boleto de rifa adicional. 

Este evento es GRATUITO y abierto al público. Todas las edades son bienvenidas. Se recomienda registrarse, pero no es obligatorio. Regístrate a continuación. 

Accesibilidad: La Land Trust está trabajando para que todos nuestros eventos sean lo más accesible posible.
