Join us as we explore the local recovery efforts of imperiled native salmon, specifically beaver-powered restoration.
NCW Libraries is proud to partner with Cascade Fisheries, Cascadia Conservation District and Trout Unlimited to host a 3-part virtual webinar series in February, March and April on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm. Speakers from each organization will present local information on the work they are doing in relation to salmon recovery, and discuss ways participants can find their own role in recovery efforts.

Jason Lundgren is the Executive Director of Cascade Fisheries and has been involved in fisheries and natural resource management for 18 years.
Kodi Jo Jaspers is the Beaver and BDA Program Manager for Trout Unlimited and is an experienced wildlife biologist with over 9 years working in the natural resources field.
Ryan Williams is the executive director of Cascadia Conservation District and has 13 years of experience with Washington State Conservation Districts working on conservation projects.

All NCW Libraries programs are free and registration is open to the public. This virtual event will be held through the Zoom webinar platform. Registrants will receive an email with the webinar link. Only the presenters will have their audio/video turned on. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions through the Zoom Q&A feature. All attendees must comply with the NCW Libraries Code of Conduct.
