Fence Removal at Horse Lake Reserve

Enjoy wildflower season and great views at the Horse Lake Reserve while helping to remove hazardous fencing. Last year we removed over 1.5 miles of old wire fencing at the Horse Lake Reserve. We will continue this work in 2018. Work involved cutting brush that has grown through the fences, removing and rolling rusty barbed wire, and pulling out fence posts. Wear sturdy shoes, tough clothing, and leather gloves. Bring fence pliers, loppers, and a small pruning saw if you have them. Please RSVP on line or contact Neal; neal@cdlandtrust.org
