Earth Day Scavenger Hunt for Families

Date
Time
3:00-5:30 PM

Come out for an easy way to explore nature and celebrate Earth Day with your kids in the Foothills!

This event is free and open to anyone. The Land Trust will be stationed at the beginning of the trail to help you get started, and Land Trust staff, local volunteers and nature lovers will be stationed along the trail to help you navigate, complete the scavenger hunt, and learn more about the plants and animals of our beautiful Foothills. Return to the starting booth with a completed scavenger hunt and win a nature journal to take home!

Your family can show up anytime between 3:00 and 5:30 pm to start the scavenger hunt. It usually takes families 30 minutes to an hour to complete the hunt. The Wenatchee Racquet and Athletic Club graciously provides some parking. Please park only in designated parking spaces in the WRAC parking lot or along the street. Please note, there are no bathrooms at Jacobson Preserve.

RSVPs are appreciated but not required. You can RSVP at this link , or get in touch with Hillary at 509.667.9708 or [email protected].
