Castle Rock Trail Maintenance-Registration Closed

Join us at Lower Castle Rock Natural Area for the first volunteer trail work event of the season! We will be performing the usual annual spring maintenance on the trail system. Volunteers can expect a light to moderate work party, walking a total distance of 2 miles with 200 feet elevation gain. We will be on a steep and narrow trail with loose footing higher up. Most volunteers will be working with hand tools such as hoes and McLeods but a bench may need to be stained, which is lighter work. Kids are welcome!

*All work parties are weather and conditions dependent. Canceled work parties will be rescheduled if possible.
