Bird Fest Recon at Cashmere Canyons(Event Full!!!)

Join Joe Veverka CDLT's Trails Field Coordinator and local birder Greg Harris for a morning of birding at Cashmere Canyons Preserve outside of Cashmere as they prepare for the weekend’s Bird Fest.

From wide-open wildflower-filled hillsides to forested peaks and views of the Enchantments, this outing will explore many types of bird habitat on one of the newest trail systems in our area. We will access the property via Hay Canyon and be able to bird an area of the preserve typically off limits to the public.  We have the opportunity to drive up to a scenic viewpoint making frequent stops and short walks along the way.
