Loop trail lovers grapple with safety v. sense

EAST WENATCHEE — Lovers of the Apple Capital Recreation Loop Trail turned out in force Thursday to ponder whether an already-funded proposal to eliminate two hairpin curves would be better left to lower-cost alternatives and common sense.
